How It Works

  1. Visitor Tracking: When you load this page, the widget automatically tracks your visit, detects your location via IP geolocation, and stores a unique visitor ID in localStorage.
  2. Repeat Visitor Detection: If you refresh the page or visit again, you'll be recognized as a returning visitor and see a star badge and personalized message.
  3. Country Detection: Your country flag appears on the chat button (if geolocation is successful).
  4. Remote Opening: Agents can remotely open your chat widget to start proactive conversations.
  5. Real-time Presence: The system tracks when you're online and sends periodic heartbeats.
